Never Falling Isn't the Greatest Glory in Life

Okay. You landed straight on your face and are presently in a very dark area. I understand. I've been there before. But here's the thing: there's a catch. Failure isn't the end of the road. That's not even close. It's not even close to the finish of your tale. Indeed, it heralds a new start in many respects.

Never Falling Isn't the Greatest Glory in Life.

Now I understand. Failure is painful. It upsets me. To put it plainly, it's humiliating. You staked all of your hopes and ambitions on it, telling your friends and relatives that you were destined to be the one to succeed. You were supposed to be the one who made it.

Instead, you were a failure. But here's the thing: there's a catch. The greatness in life is not never losing but rising from every setback. This quote has now been attributed to a variety of persons. But, in reality, the genesis is primarily unknown.

But here's the thing: this is the point. If you tumble, you must get back up. The phoenix, as the cliché goes, rises from the ashes. However, only because you failed doesn't mean you have to live with the consequences for the rest of your life. Make use of it as a source of energy. Not to obstruct you.

How To Get Back On Your Feet Each Time You Fall

Okay, failing is a drag. Let's not sugarcoat it, shall we? You're not here for that, I'm sure. But take note of this. There is a fire that is blazing within you. It's a hope flame that will flicker ever so faintly as long as you live. It's your job to fan the flame of hope.

As my world crashed down years ago, I had two options. I could effectively destroy it all, which would've been great with me at the time. Alternatively, I might choose the latter and continue. Something prompted me to continue since I realized it wasn't the end of my narrative, and I know it isn't the end of yours.

Please know this if things are looking dismal for you right now. Everyone fails at some point. EVERYONE. One of the reasons I publish so frequently on this site is to remind folks of this. When I failed so spectacularly that it wrecked my universe, I discovered something powerful: everyone fails.

Wherever you glance, there is proof.

That colossal failure led me to learn how some of the world's most talented and influential people fail the most. As far as you and I know, these are the most successful persons in history. Despite this, they struggled with failure. Not even once. Neither once nor twice. Hundreds of times aren't enough. Hundreds and thousands of times, some of them have failed.

Take a look at the stories and decide for yourself. And keep in mind that you must get up every time you fall. Our greatest achievement in life, you see, is all to do with defeat. There was no success. Don't get me wrong: success is terrific. However, it does not lay a solid basis. It just serves to reinforce one's ego and desire for self-gratification.

Whenever you fall, on the other hand, you form the basis that will carry you far into the chronicles of success and through the halls of glory and money. Of fact, nothing is guaranteed in this life. So don't hold your breath on that. However, if you don't give up, you can plan on winning.

Seven times down, eight times up

Crash down seven times, rise eight times. Failure is and will always be a part of life. That much is undeniable. However, what the ancients recognized about failure holds today: failure is an inevitable step in the process. When you fall and fail, though, you must get back up again and go for another ride!

That is the only way to experience the actual wealth you were born to have. You will never live the life of your dreams if you continually abandon ship and swim away with your tail between your legs each time you fail.

Instead, you must dig your heels in and take a firm stance. Allow life to throw you everything it has to offer. Then, with strength and elegance, dredge your way through the storm. Don't give up. Continue to push and strive for what is supposed to be yours in life. There is no other way of achieving greatness.

How Many Mistakes Should You Take?

After failing, most people wonder how many times they should fail before giving up or trying something new. But here's the thing: there's a catch. Your goal should never be changed. The only thing you should alter is your strategy for reaching your goal. That is all there is to it.

The reality is that if achieving major goals was simple, everyone would do so, and there would be no distinctions in life. Big goals are challenging to achieve and take time. So don't hold your breath for it to occur instantly. How many should you have when it comes to the number of failures you should have? As many as it takes is the answer.

Look, there have been a lot of really famous names who have had a lot of setbacks. They did not, however, give up. They persisted in pushing and moving no matter what. Just keep that in mind if you're having trouble or going through a difficult moment right now.

In Dark Times, Finding Purpose

This phrase is attributed to Nelson Mandela, according to some sources. And it's easy to see why someone like that might believe that the greatness in life is not in never stumbling but in arising from every fall. He had to go through some difficult moments.

He was voted in South Africa's first genuinely democratic election after serving a jail term for being a political activist. After that, he fought to abolish the country's systemic racism. But can you imagine how Mandela felt during his 27 years in prison?

He was initially sentenced to life imprisonment. However, the president was compelled to release him prematurely because of political pressure. He was 43 years old when he was sentenced to prison. Can you picture the panic and fear that ran through his head? He is unquestionably someone who has risen from his abyss.

So, what motivates someone like them to get through such a trying time in their life? He didn't come out of prison seeking vengeance after being imprisoned by his enemies. He rose to make significant, long-term improvements for his country's future and to assist at the end of apartheid.

Mandela discovered his purpose in life. He had a clear idea of where he was heading. And no matter what obstacles he faced, he always recognized that his most outstanding achievement in life was not never failing but ultimately rising when he was released from that prison.

What do your ambitions imply to you?

Regardless of the matter of who said it first, you must ask yourself, "What do my goals mean to me?" If you're going to get out of this funk, you'll need to find true significance in your life. The truth is that if you don't find meaningful meaning in your life, you'll eventually give up.

Mandela would not have withstood 27 years of solitary confinement if his life had no purpose. But he was significant. The issue is, how important are your objectives to you? Do you even have powerful dreams? Go here right now to learn how to make objectives if you haven't already.

Once you've established your objectives, all you need is a strategy to bring you there. The strategy should be adaptable, and it may not work out right away. As a result, be ready to adjust it. But don't expect your aim to alter. Never, ever modify your goals, no matter how colossal they are. All you have to do is change your strategy.

The fact is that you can do anything if you believe in yourself. If you don't, you'll find excuses for why you won't be able to make it. Don't let life pass you by as an excuse. Pursue your goals in life. Go out and do tremendous things, and don't listen to people who tell you that you can't.

The Gateway Is Discipline

I've learned over the years that dedication is the way that enables you to endure even in the most difficult of circumstances. It's easy to revert to undesirable, restricting behavior if you don't practice discipline. If you lack discipline, you will not rise when you fall. You immediately descend into a downhill slide.

Bad habits emerge when there is no discipline. You lose sight of your aspirations as your addictions take center stage. You may kiss your prospects of fulfilling your purpose and accomplishing your life goals goodbye if you let it happen.

Are you self-disciplined enough to get back up when you fall? Because if you aren't, I can guarantee you won't put in the effort required to achieve. It's hard to keep going without discipline since 95% of everything we think, say, and do is habitual.
